Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $21/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Machine Operator to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. The Machine Operator is responsible for tending mills to grind raw materials for the manufacturing of high-quality printing ink while following all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mills safely and efficiently to process ink batches as directed.
• Use personal protective equipment as required.
• Follow Supervisor and Quality Control instructions for grinding and canning.
• Ensure all quality requirements and testing procedures are followed.
• Package products according to established guidelines, ensuring proper labeling.
• Never leave mills unattended without notifying the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of mill, work area, and perform required preventive maintenance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and work as part of a team.
