Assembly Worker (Mechanical & Electrical)


We are seeking dependable Assembly Workers to join a manufacturing team. This position involves mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and basic electrical wiring while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble mechanical components and finished products according to specifications and work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documents
• Perform basic electrical wiring and component installation as part of the assembly process
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment to accurately build products
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain production schedules and meet established productivity goals
• Follow all safety procedures, quality requirements, and work instructions
• Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly experience required
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, basic electrical wiring techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and adaptability in a production setting
• Ability to follow manufacturing processes and safety procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly work
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Monday through Thursday
• Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
