Working in a collaborative, global environment, you'll provide comprehensive HR leadership that helps shape our culture built on our 4i values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement. You'll work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain talent while driving organizational effectiveness.Requirements:Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in progressive HR, preferably in a global matrix organizationPreferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) advantageousStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practicesExperience in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational developmentExcellent consulting, coaching and collaboration skills to work effectively with leaders at all levelsStrong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilitiesProject management skills and ability to coordinate complex HR initiativesStrong communication and presentation abilitiesExperience supporting organizational change and transformation initiativesAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environmentBusiness acumen and strategic mindsetProficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics toolsFluent English required; additional language skills valuedProblem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situationsExperience building professional relationships across all organizational levelsExperience in manufacturing/scientific industry preferredAbility to travel as needed to support multiple locationsNo relocation assistance provided at this time
