For more than 30 years, GPH Boiler & Mechanical Services has been a trusted provider of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services throughout New Jersey. We proudly serve apartment communities, senior living facilities, hotels, restaurants, municipalities, and commercial properties.
We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do
• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, boilers, furnaces, package units, and related mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls, and mechanical issues
• Install and replace HVAC equipment and components as needed
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and local building codes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing commercial rooftop units, boilers, and mechanical systems
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Experience with electrical controls and refrigeration systems
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, rooftops, and in mechanical rooms
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Compensation
• $25.00–$40.00 per hour , based on experience
• Overtime available

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Overtime available
• Rotating on-call schedule
